Cancellation before product has shipped:
• If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after product has shipped:
• If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.
Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Costumer Service number @ 8080808950.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
What is the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the product does not fit me?
All products sold at JewelsGalaxy.com are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 8080808950, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.
Conditions for return:
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
• Any product that has been washed
• Any product not in its original condition
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
• Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.
• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refunds or How will I be refunded for the return?
We will process the refund after Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card .
• Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
• For all other modes of payment, the refunded amount will be credited back to your JewelsGalaxy account in a form of Wallet/Gift Voucher or a cheque of equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
