Does Jewels Galaxy deliver internationally?
Yes, Jewels Galaxy does deliver products internationally, throughout the world.

What are the delivery charges?
JewelsGalaxy.com provides  Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 399/-. Otherwise Rs. 60/- is charged for Order Below than 399/-  towards shipping charges.
No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page itself. For items with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message.

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Fedex, Delhivery, DHL etc.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Central Sales Tax (CST) and Value Added Tax (VAT).

How do I track my shipment?
Jewels Galaxy uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

What pin codes do you ship to?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Standard and Express Shipping

1. We use reputed couriers like FedEx, DHL, Aramex for Express Shipping with a guarantee that the first attempt for delivery would be made within 5 working days of you placing the order. 
If you select Standard Shipping as your shipping option, your shipment is typically sent via EMS/Speed Post. The shipment would be delivered by partner of EMS in your country - which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. In such cases, the expected delivery date is indicative of date of delivered. The actual delivery date may vary basis service levels of local shipping partner of EMS.

2. Express Shipping delivery commitment excludes holidays (Sundays, Holidays in India and destination country), unforeseen delays in customs clearances and alternative shipping instructions provided by customer / recepient to courier company.

3. If the shipment does not get delivered within stipulated time for Express Shipping, Jewels Galaxy shall refund you the difference between the Express and Standard Shipping charges for your order.

4. If you think that courier company has wrongly updated the order as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 4 days of your expected date of delivery. We will liaise with courier company to provide you the proof of delivery.

5. Once the shipment is handed over to shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions would be accepted only if courier company is able to entertain these.

Charges and Payments

6. The shipping charges are dependent on destination country and the weight of the shipment. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you while you place the order.

7. All the duties to be paid for export from India would be borne by Jewels Galaxy. Any import duties or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the recipient of the shipment. These duties are directly to be paid to the delivery boy.

8. The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown  at the time of transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company / payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.

Refunds / Replacements

9. In case a product gets damaged during transit, you can either opt for a full refund or a replacement. To process any such claims, customers must notify Jewels Galaxy with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt of the product.

10. The 30 days replacement warranty is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India and would cover only manufacturing defects upto 30 days of delivery of the product.
